The Tech Side: I have been in IT for over a decade. As with many folks, I had an unconventional entry into IT (there’s a blog for that). I now work as an Evangelist at SolarWinds. Essentially, I get to write and create content in various forms discussing different aspects of IT. Monitoring has dominated my career, but I have spent my fair share of time troubleshooting, planning, optimizing, and customizing deployments.

The Fun Side: I am a lifelong gamer, reader, and mom to a great kid. I always love to promote reading – anything that sparks your interest. For me that mostly means pretty much any fiction. For games, I have a regular board game group (which has moved online for the times), semi-recently decided to try out D&D (also remote), and video games, of course! My kid is the best, and you won’t convince me otherwise! Shaping up to be a geek like his mom. 😉
